At the moment we only ship to the following countries:

·       Singapore

·       Malaysia

·       Philippines

·       Thailand

·       Indonesia

·       Hong Kong

For Europe and Middle East, please contact us for special delivery arrangements.

We use EMS as it is the most cost-effective method of shipping. We can arrange for alternative methods of shipping, such as DHL or FEDEX. Please let us know if you would prefer to use another method of shipping and we will provide you with a shipping quote.

It can take 4 to 6 business days for the coffee to reach you if the order is bound for Asia (using EMS).

The customer is liable for custom duties at the country at which the package is shipped to.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in your shopping cart. the final cost will include shipping cost.  

Shipments to the Middle East will will be by FEDEX or DHL. These shipments will not qualify for free shipment due to the enhanced rates which FEDEX or DHL charge as a result of the conflict in the Middle East. 

We do not accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. However, if we make a mistake by sending you the wrong coffee, we will make it right. We will send you the correct order at no additional cost to you.

If the wrong address was given at the time of purchase, we are unable to cancel your order or change the address. 

How to initiate a replacement? Send us an email at hello@inflxioncoffeee.com together with a photo of the coffee that was received and the order number. We will respond no later than 2 business days after receipt of the email.

We can source other coffees from the roasters we work with. While the coffees  we sell are coffees that we truly enjoy, we can source micro-lots and rarer coffees. Ping us a message with the coffee that you are interested in and we would be happy to help.

To ensure optimum freshness, the coffee will only be roasted once an order is placed. Our roasters recommended drinking window for the beans is up to 2.5 months from roasting.  

We only offer whole beans. The taste of the beans will start to degrade once it is ground. Because of that we only sell whole beans.

The recommended drinking window is up to 2.5 months from the date of roasting.
